In an interview recently published by Prlog, Eitan Eldar, the CEO and founder of EEH Ventures, explained why he belives that the UK resedential real estate market will remain stable post lockdown, and is still a safe investment.
“We might see a 5%-10% decrease in residential real estate prices after lockdown, which will last for a few years, but in the long run, the UK’s residential real estate market is a safe investment”, said Eldar.
